   Maz did my bridal hair and make up an year ago. I wish I had left a review earlier but I didn't as I thought people would forget about my awful bridal makeup with the passage of time instead they reshared my pictures on my anniversary which has forced me to write a review. I must say Maz is amazing at making hair but unfortunately I can't say the same about her bridal makeup skills as I looked like a total clown which people haven't forgotten to date and my husband constantly makes fun of me to date. She recreated the bridal look which was no where near the actual look. What has upset me the most is if you cannot recreate a bridal look then you should be straightforward and honest with the client as the service was not cheap. I feel mislead as she also told me she runs an academy. I wonder what is being taught to the students. Would not recommend her services to anyone. I wasn't even asked for feedback on my bridal services provided I guess she knew she did a poor job.

   Had my Hair and makeup done by Gulnaz on Sunday 24th November Gulnaz done an amazing job I loved the look that she had gave me. I received many compliments and was told the makeup suited me very well I am extremely happy with the service I received. In the past I have also had hair and makeup done by Maz again Maz is amazing at what she does I loved the look. Maz is very professional and friendly listened to exactly what I wanted I received many compliments the makeup suited me very well. I will always use Zens makeup I love what they do can’t do wrong!!!

   I had Maz do both my bridal days and honestly words cannot describe how amazing her service is from the very first time we met until both my wedding days were over. So my fiance at the time and my now husband had actually given me the number for Zens bridal, as he drove passed them on his way home from work one day and they were not far from his home. Thus I decided to call and book myself a consultant. The very first time I met Maz, she took the time to speak with me and put my mind at ease (as I had a bad experience with a previous make up artist elsewhere, so I was slightly nervous) . But honestly i felt so comfortable from the offset. I spoke to Maz about my previous trial elsewhere and explained to her why I was so nervous about seeing another make up artist. She took the time to listen, asking me questions about what I liked and didn't like and just made me feel at ease. I then decided to book in a trial and I did not regret it, Maz understood the looks I wanted and worked the looks with my style and personality at the trial and she was just amazing. That's when I knew I had to book Maz in. When it came to both my wedding days, Maz was prompt with her time keeping and really took her time with me. She made me feel at ease again and we had such a laugh too whilst she was getting me ready/made up. My Sunday outfit was very heavy and I do not know how Maz did it but my veil did not flinch once. Both my looks stayed in place for both days from the make up to the hair and I just had so many compliments. I also had one of her make up assistants Gul and Hasina do both my mum's and cousins looks and they were so lovely too. I would highly recommend Zens bridal and feel that the looks Maz creates are so flexible and versatile. I will definitely be popping in for other future events. Maz if you do read this, I'm sure you know who this is and I know I've said thank you before but just want to say thank you again, you made me feel so special on both my days and I won't forget this xx
