I had a flat on my drive. When trying to change the wheel I struggled to loosen the nuts. I called at G K Autos as I'm 250 Mt's away from the garage and they sorted me a long bar. Then my jack failed and not only did they lend me a jack they popped up and removed the wheel for me and took it away and repaired the tyre. 2hrs later my wheel was back on and all happy. Massive thank you and appreciation to Doug and Jake and Rob for employing them. You have a great set of lads. 10 / 10
On the basis of GK doing work on my daughters Mini at a much more realistic price than the main dealer quoted I returned with a problem with my Discovery5. The aircon had an unpleasant odour despite having been looked at elsewhere 12 months ago. I asked to be booked in for it to be investigated and dealt with. Rob came back to me with a simple DIY fix using a product he recommended at the modest cost of £17 including postage. What a refreshing change to encounter such honesty when it would have been easy to book me in and charge a repair fee which I am sure others would have done. Thank you very much.
I have been going to Gk Autos for many years now and have told friends and family to go there. It's nice to find a garage you can trust and know won't rip you off. Rob is also great in the fact if you have any issues or queries he will talk to you about them, even though he is very busy he always takes the time to put your mind at rest and advise you.
