Had a full wax from Kam , she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel really comfortable and im looking forward to more future sessions with her! Highly recommend!

Just had one of the best facials ever by a lovely lady called Rajni, wasn’t rushed and felt amazing my skin looks great. I ended up also getting my eyebrows done by her and they look amazing! I will be back for sure
Took my 1yr old daughter to get her first ever haircut for her birthday photoshoot and I am absolutely appalled. The service from entering was disappointing. The lady thought I had booked at Smethwick and had no idea of my appointment even though I had called 3 times to confirm it bc I changed it around. She then said I had to wait 20mins as she was busy - disappointing as I had booked an appt and to say I had to wait with a baby was just unprofessional. Came to sit on the chair and I explained thoroughly what to leave and how much to snip. Said to leave it long and just trim the thickness of it. She didn’t wet the hair at all and thought she could dry cut it which completely ruined it. She made the fringe way too short, just grabbed the hair and cut it blindly without starting short she cut a long piece off first so her fringe is now lop sided, short and wonky. Even worse was she trimmed her side burns!! She just snipped it from the side and made a horrible rectangle shape so she now has a bald rectangle missing bit of hair above her ears. Who in their right mind touches GIRLS sideburns?? She looks like a flipping boy now. She didn’t know what she was doing at all. Absolutely unprofessional useless and incapable hair dresser, if she even is one! She probably didn’t have any children experience as she had to ask me twice if it was me or my daughter she was cutting. She then blamed it on my daughter and said she was fidgeting but don’t all babies do that?? The point of being a ‘professional’ was making sure you know how to navigate that. Absolutely appalling and then asking me to pay (which I didn’t) was a joke. Never going there again. Femina ensure your ‘hairdressers’ are experienced in babies and children. My daughter’s hair is now ruined for her 1st birthday photoshoot.
Facial and hair cut/ I used this salon to get myself a facial. Jessy performed my facial with respect and dedication. She made sure I was comfortable and warm. I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout my facial. I felt amazing during and after the facial. The results were very amazing. I received lots of positive comments after. The lady that gave me a haircut was brilliant and understood my feelings. She done an amazing cut. Thank you for an amazing makeover xxx Zara

I have my waxing done every month at Femina West Bromwich and I have to say I receive the best customer service especially with Jessie, she’s very thorough with my waxing and ensures that the experience is as pain less as possible, she’s the only one I truly feel comfortable with including when my eyebrows are done, they are always perfect. Definitely would recommend!
