   I've being going to the garage on and off for a couple of years and had no problems, however I have recently had a bad experience. I took my car down to have tracking and wheels check as prearranged and told me over the phone that it should only take a hour. When I turned up as prearranged, one of the mechanic got really aggressive, shouting and carrying on saying that it would take up to two hours to do my car, pointing out all the cars they need to look at. I really wasn't happy with his attitude but figured he must be stressed. I suggested that I bring it back a couple of days later, which they agreed with. I took it back a couple of days later, where is needed two tyres changing and a brake pad. Had the tyres changed, which they did very quickly, abit too quick. The following day, as I was driving to Scarborough, I noticed the tyre pressure light was on. Lucky my partner was with me. We pulled on to the hard shoulder and he checked the tyres. They were reading 20 where they should be reading 33, the garage had not put enough air in. After this experience I will not be using the garage again. I've given two stars as they did do the work

   I recently took my car to this so-called "garage," and I am beyond frustrated with the abysmal service and the horrific job they did. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not even a thought on their radar. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted as if I was bothering them by simply asking about my car’s issue. As for the work they supposedly did on my car, it’s an absolute disaster. Not only did they take longer than promised, but when I got my car back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The problem I had wasn’t fixed at all. Instead, they managed to create new issues, and now I’m dealing with an additional set of problems that weren’t there before. It’s as if they didn’t even know what they were doing! The garage itself was dirty and unorganized, and I had no confidence that my car was in the right hands. They clearly don’t care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their customers. To top it off, their pricing was outrageous for the terrible job they did. I wouldn’t trust these amateurs with my car or my bike, and I certainly won’t be returning. Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle and your sanity. Complete waste of time and money. Cowboys!

   my car broke down last Monday and the injector bolt had snapped. I took my car to “the garage” in Maltby as i was stuck for options didn’t know where to go and as i have family in maltby it seemed easier to go there. Biggest mistake !! I took on board all “these faults” that they had found with the car and it cost me £900 to repair. Wednesday night i was driving home from my aerialfit class and my car broke down again (glowplug and engine management light came on) i called the AA out and when they checked the car the injector 3 was now faulty . I took it to a garage where i live in Doncaster and upon checking the car and the work that should have been completed its an absolute shambles. The garage in Maltby on the receipt stated that all 4 injectors has been tested i had new injectors 1&2 when i called them turns out they only tested injector 2 and changed injector 2 but i had a call from a worker Wednesday 5th and he said “he needed to take all 4 injectors out and send them off for testing” but apparently im lying about this conversation. I asked where they were tested and the report but im not allowed it. Its clear all injectors have been taken out to get the new rocker cover on. It states injector 2 is new - its rusty when i called to ask about this “the gaffer” said “do i know how much injectors cost new about £450-480 so its a reconditioned one and bollox to the rust” i told him i could send a photo but he dismissed me. Later when i called to try come to a resolution he told me a new injector would cost over “£700” so when i pulled him up on his earlier comment he said i didnt know what i was talking about. He told me by law i have to let him come collect the car and let him attempt to fix it - i told him clearly this was not going to happen as i didn’t feel comfortable and it is not law , i can seek and discuss another form of resolution which would be some sort of partial refund - he told me i had 2 choices “he picks the car up and fixes it or nothing” I made him aware i would be taking him to a small claims court to seek further advice and i was happy to send him photos of what i have. He began to shout that he has “cover and insurance” for people like me. Not once did i raise my voice or swear - he raised his voice to me on the 3 conversations i had with him and got aggressive at every opportunity. Today the repair shop my car is with have now discovered silicone on the injectors which they cannot understand why this has been put on. I have all the photos / receipts given but according to the garage in Maltby - im lying / making it up and i dont have a clue what im talking about. AVOID

   Took my diesel van for a full service asked them what gets serviced they said oil and filter and diesel filter and top ups ..they never changed diesel filter. Top ups ok anyway so it cost 200 pound to change oil and a new oil filter

   Absolutely excellent service at this garage today. Had low pressure reading on a tyre on a long drive to Scotland. They fixed it straight away after finding a screw in the tyre and I was on my way within 20mins. Very friendly too. As were the attached revs and relics cafe!
