Beckie the stylist that cut my hair was excellent, she listened to to what I wanted but also gave me her honest opinion using her years of experience. The salon was comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient. I am really happy with my hair cut in fact I would go as far as to say it is the best cut I have had for years.
Always a very happy customer! Great care and time is taken to listen to me and also make suggestions. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about different techniques etc. Salon was calm and clean with fresh coffee and biscuits provided and thoroughly enjoyed. A fantastic member of staff !!
Best salon in Bromsgrove and Worcester. I’ve followed Becci for 18 years at all the salons where she has worked. So delighted that she now has her own business that has just celebrated 10 years of great trade. I now have Clare who does my hair after Becci’s maternity leave and she is a fantastic stylist who always gets my cut and colour just right!
As always J has been wonderful. I love her creativity and attention to detail. I like to have themed nails for special occasions. Last time I was off to see the Nutcracker, I let J loose and she exceeded my wildest expectations and this time the theme is Wizard of Oz and again totally amazing nails which once again I was beyond thrilled with. Very talented and a genuinely delightful person.
Nate is a first class, professional hair stylist. I have been going to him for cuts, blowdrys and colours for about 2 years. He listens and always recommends great ideas which we duscuss and agree on. He then creates a perfect style for me every time. I trust him implicitly. He is extremely discreet and when we chat I know it is in confidence. I feel so lucky that I have found Nate and look forward to many more years with him. He is a rare find, a brilliant stylist.

Yesterday was my first time in a hair salon in over 2 years . Laura was my hair stylist and the service was amazing lovely friendly atmosphere very down to earth but very professional at the same time . I wouldn’t go to any other salon highly reccomend .
I visited this salon for the first time today. It’s scary changing salons and I did research first. I couldn’t be more pleased - the best cut I’ve had in years! Becci was lovely, professional, patient and listened to what I wanted as it was a re-style - then delivered exactly what I asked for! The other staff were also really lovely as were the other clients in there! I will definitely be back and have already booked in for a colour! See you soon!

My favourite salon around. Hannah B is my go to lady for my brows & nails and she knows I refuse to go elsewhere for them! Everyone is super friendly, welcoming and their smiles make your day so much better. I am dying to get back and get myself pampered and I think I’m definitely in need of a massage from Laura!!
