Steffan diagnosed the problem with the car quickly and ordered the parts the same day. Car booked back In and injector seals replaced. The car drives like it’s new again (it’s 13 years old). How I wish I'd known about Lockwoods before spending a lot of money on a DPF regen which was ultimately useless. Lockwoods took off the filter and cleared the blockage with state of the art equipment, as well as replacing a sensor not picked up at the previous garage we used, recommended by the AA. An expensive lesson learned but grateful ultimately for finding Steff. We look forward with confidence to using his services again in the future. If he reads this: Steff, the van is running sweet and true. Thank you.
We bring all 3 of our VW's plus a couple of other family members vehicles at least once a year for pre MOT checks, servicing and repairs. Always offers an honest, fair price and doesn't mess you around with getting the work completed like a lot out there. Would definitely recommend.
