Absolutely brilliant! I recently tried it for the first time at Rupis in Smethwick and I'm genuinely impressed. For years, I've been plucking and sometimes waxing, but threading offers a level of precision I haven't experienced before. Rupi was incredibly skilled and quick. It might feel a little unusual at first – a sort of quick flicking sensation – but it's surprisingly manageable and definitely less painful than I anticipated. My eyebrows have never looked so perfectly shaped and defined. The clean lines are fantastic, and even those tiny, annoying hairs are gone. It's made a noticeable difference to my overall look, framing my eyes beautifully. Beyond the fantastic results, the process felt quite hygienic, and the salon itself was very clean. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the service. If you're looking for a precise and effective way to shape your eyebrows, I wholeheartedly recommend giving threading a try. I'm definitely a convert and will be booking my next appointment soon!
Didn’t book an appointment and walked in for a service a lovely woman named Lovpreet attended to me. She was very quick and accommodating asked me vital questions e.g. if the temperature was ok, which you would think was basic but i have never been asked that before and i’ve been going there for years, left very happy. So thanks again x

I was very doubtful wether I should trust this beauty clinic or not at first. Because last time when I went for waxing to another place in West Bromwich, they burnt my skin. I would definitely suggest Rupi’s hair and skin-care centre for any beauty treatments. The staff was very kind to my skin and I’m very happy with the results. Lovepreet has done my waxing and she was very generous and good with my skin. The temperature and pressure was so perfect. I might be a regular visitor for this beauty clinic in future as well.
