   Wendy booked through market place and i sent her pics of my hair beforehand and the hair i wanted she asked £10 deposit and i booked my hair on arrival she asked me i have thick hair and need more foils she said £10 more which was £75 full head foils she did my hair yellow where as i wanted them silver now when i almost cried in front of her she said she needs extra £10 for tonner she only wanted to make money and started lying that my hair are hard to catch colour where as she saw ash in my hair from previous colour. I m having my hair done from past 15 years so i know how it works she is worst person to get ur hair done see my pic how she turned me orange !

   Terrible place don’t waste your time. I booked in for my birthday to treat myself Wendy took a deposit which I was more than happy to do. Couple days later Wendy messaged me asking if I could pay the remaining balence to which I thought was strange as never been asked that before an wasn’t prepared to pay for a service I hadn’t received. Day of my appointment came I arrived to the salon only to find the door locked I messaged her an got a phone call saying that she fell sleep and would take her 40 minutes to get there I thought how very unprofessional and said I would just go home and have my deposit back. I’m still waitin for my deposit and my appointment was Tuesday it’s now Thursday this is totally unacceptable and I have asked so many times for my money back. I will now be contacting trading standards as this lady is a scam do not trust her or pay her any money as you will not see that back. Wouldn’t want anyone else to be scammed the way she did me call herself a business terrible. Even 1 star is to good for the place!!!

   First time going to the salon and I was so impressed with the service. Full head of foils, cut and blow dry at a reasonable price! Would 100% recommend and they are lovely and make you feel very relaxed as I was nervous being a young teenager going into a salon on my own for the first time :)
