Always book my car in here. Service is second to none, prices really reasonable and work done to a great standard. Have always fit me in as well in an emergency and made sure I had my car back for when I needed it. About to book a service and can't rate them high enough.
Absolutely amazing service from auto aid today, Scott was so efficient, professional and kind to us , we had broken down at the first stage of our motorhome home holiday , phoned Scott and he was there to help straight away found the problem and fixed it within the hour , alot of running around for him to do but he was desperate to get us on the road to enjoy our journey, thankyou Scott we wouldn't have managed without you again amazing service would absolutely highly recommend people to use this company
What a lovely set of guys, they are, the mechanics are great at what they do, Scott the manager is so fair and very accomodating, there prices are more than reasonable, ive been twice and recieved an all round excellent service each time, i cannot recommend Auto Aid enough. This is the place i will always go to, my husband will be using there brilliant services too.
Best customer service I've had in a long time! We had a break down and our usual garage wasn't open so we had a quick Google to find a garage that was open and Auto aid had the most and best reviews. After our experience with Auto aid we will now be using them going forward for all our car needs. Top quality.
Had a minor anxiety panic moment, car started to sound different while driving a long journey. I called alot of local garages but auto aid where the only ones that said come and see us. Simon was great put my mind at ease, went on a short test drive with me, listened to the engine. Gave an overall check on the car, tyres and levels in the car. Definitely put my mind at ease. Made the rest of my journey more relaxed. Thank you
Amazing service and management. Manager offered me a ride to the nearest tram station so I wouldn't have to walk back after leaving my car with them for MOT repairs.

I have used Auto aid since purchasing my vehicle in 2021 - and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The mechanical or electrical work is done to a high quality with no guesswork - saving money for customers which given the current climate is an amazing thing. Overall I can't recommend this place highly enough and will continue to use this business - even if it means a long bus ride home!
