I’ve had a few different treatments here and have been happy with the service every single time.    amazing service! Tan&Glam create such a welcoming and professional atmosphere. I get my brows done regularly by elly and always leave over the moon! She pays attention to detail and really takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and happy with the results. I also use the sunbeds at Tan&Glam which are by far the best ones I have been on. They’re well maintained and super effective!

   If I could leave no star I would of.. Completely unimpressed with the professionalism of this business, woke up this morning really looking forward to having my gel extensions done ready for my holiday to see a txt message this morning! saying they were cancelling my appointment due to Elly going on training course and had to change her train time so couldn’t do my nails, she was going to check the diary to see if I can be fitted in and not heard nothing since. I just can’t believe they’ve not gone out of there way to do anything or even offer me some compensation, won’t be going there again.

   Been going to Tan and Glam for the last couple of year for my eyebrows and always loved the results. However, my most recent experience has changed my opinion completely. I booked in for HD brows and a lash lift and tint. The salon had previously done a patch test on me but that was going back a couple of year so I messaged the salon the day before my appointment, asking if I need another patch test. A couple of hours after sending this message, the message was opened by the salon and ignored. I then got a call an hour before my appointment telling me that they cannot do the treatments that I booked in for, over a week before, as I needed a patch test. The lady that I spoke to was aware of the message that I sent the day before and told me they were just too busy to reply. I will now be spending my money elsewhere

   I came here to have an acrylic nail replaced, when I couldn't get a last minute appointment at my usual salon. The price was average, but the quality was terrible. The replacement nail felt very tight and uncomfortable, and started peeling off the next day. The staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other than paying attention to their job.

   When I came here I got my nails done and they have never looked better! They lasted for 4 weeks even though I am quite heavy handed with them! I got sparkly red ones for Christmas, they were exactly what I wanted. They could fit me in a reasonable time and the were so lovely and, it was a amazing atmosphere to be in!
