   I honestly don’t even know where to start with Dewi. If it wasn’t for him, this sale would never have happened. He has been the absolute rock through what turned into one of the most stressful, drawn-out purchases imaginable. The seller's solicitor was unbelievably difficult to deal with — constant issues, endless delays — and there were so many times I was ready to give up completely. But Dewi never let me. He called, messaged, chased, reassured, and somehow kept everything moving forward when it felt impossible. We were in touch every single day for the past two months — mornings, evenings, weekends — and he always answered with patience and kindness, no matter how many times I called or panicked. He went so far beyond what you’d ever expect from an estate agent. He genuinely cared about me getting my home and fought for it like it was his own.    Having used Mistoria for the first time to sell my Dads House. I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Their personal touch initially with John was nothing short of Amazing. He simply couldn't do enough for us. As the sale progressed Dewi had his hand on things throughout checking all was proceeding as agreed. With the house sale complete, I can honestly say I would use them again at the drop of a hat. I also want to mention they were not a local estate agent to the house we were selling, yet were simply incredible. Thank you John you star, and Dewi for helping us even bit of the way.

   i have had a professional experience with Mistoria from the enquiry phase up to the viewing, at which point the team including Sarah especially were responsive and attentive to my needs and the speed of transition from being a potential viewer to a tenant. Sarah, whilst liaising with Lauren then went out of her way with a busy schedule to ensure that the key handover could be completed.
