    Overall, the town hall was a great place to live. It's right next to the city in a beautiful historic building that's relatively well maintained. Although it was great to have three large windows in my apartment, they let in a lot of cold and noise. This wasn't great with the pub nearby that would have a lot of drunk people shouting outside of the windows. But if you're okay with that it has a lot of pluses, including the fact that the rental prices seem to be lower than average for a building that also allows pets.

    The Old Salford Town Hall , Bexley Square , Salford M3 6DD ( Former Court House ) is a Fantastic Building fully renovated and containing 126 Luxury Apartments , a Library and Gym .

    They're a business and they want to make money out of you. Moving out they try to charge you with everything you could think of. They even tried to charge us for leaving the microwave that was provided when we moved in.

    The building is old and breaking down. Management company useless at fixing repairs in a prompt manner. I would avoid X1 as a company at all costs.
