Excellent customer service and the owner was very professional. We travelled up from berkshire and got an appointment at short notice. Highly recommended.
Went in at 10.20am and my appointment was for then waiting till 11am to get my body waxed which they did and then finished at 11.30am it took them from that time till 1.20pm just to finish gel on toes!!!!! Oh and not to mention it feeling like a cresh with screaming children.
Called in 15mins before they closed a few weeks ago and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. Lovely staff all were very welcoming and good prices too. Will definitely be my regular salon now!
Always have to wait for a long time even after book an appointment before. Also she's most of time busy with her daughter in salon.
Absolutely love Rekhi’s salon. I have been going for a few years now, and even though I have moved 30 mins away, I still come back. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my eyebrows apart from these lovely ladies! I’ve also had my nails done a few times which always last for ages. Super friendly & nice, & prices are so affordable compared to others on the market these days. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Rekhi Hair & Beauty!
Have used Rekhi for a few years now for eyebrow threading on a regular basis but have also had both acrylic and gel nails which have always lasted well. Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. Must get a massage as can safely say was one of the best I’ve had. See you guys soon :)
Awful, stay away! Ruined my eyebrows! I went there yesterday and asked the lady just to tidy my eyebrows. She clearly had no experience or initiative to ask me anything but just proceeded to make my eyes brows super thin! No apology, nothing! She just happily carried on. Totally unprofessional! If I could give a minus review I would! The salon is also super dirty. One to totally avoid. Will never return again!
I had a full body wax from Rekhi. The lady made me feel really comfortable and worked really quickly. I normally find waxing really painful but this was the least pain I’ve felt. I would definitely be back and recommend highly for anyone else looking to wax.
I called them up this morning and asked if they had any slots for today, although it was last minute and they offered me a 2pm appointment which I was glad about. There was a 20 minute wait before I was tended to though which is fine because they did apologise and thank me for waiting. I went in for a wash, blow dry and straighten which was £15 (much cheaper than my usual hair dresser!!!) and at first, I was a little worried they wouldn't know how to deal with my hair (3b curly) but they did a wonderful job and I'm pleased with the service! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the salon is a bit dark and quiet, the staff don't talk much. They should play a radio or something to make it a bit less silent.
I have been going here for my nails, waxing and threading for the past year and have always found the staff very friendly and polite. They have always gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. If I have any problems they will always try to resolve the issue and help me out where they can. It is quick and easy to book in and I can always get an appointment at times which are convenient for me. It's also really good value for money and I don't think I'll go anywhere else!
