I had my 1st visit to the salon last week for a full head colour and treatment. Lindsay was fantastic and made me feel totally at ease. The finish was absolutely perfect and I have re-booked and will continue to do so.
Lydia did an amazing job cutting my hair! She was really friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure I got exactly the style I wanted. I’m super happy with the result and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut
Booked myself in for a consultation, when i walked in no acknowledgment. I Stood awkwardly at the door before waiting for someone to make eye contact to mention i had arrived for an appointment. Really made me feel uncomfortable so i left the salon before even being seen. The 2 plus sized ladies working at the front need some customer service training. Would not recommend and not a good experience for a first time customer.
Love this place! It was scary trying to find a good hair salon when I moved to the area, but I’ve been a few times and the service was perfect. Had my hair styled by Leanne and Sophie and the other staff are all lovely, really recommend it!
I brought my daughter a full body massage for her birthday. She was a bit nervous about going but the wonderful staff made her feel welcome and soon put her at ease. She loved it and is looking forward to going again. The therapists name was Sophie.
I called and was able to book an appointment the next day. I hadn't had it cut for a while but the stylist took time to listen to what I wanted. The cut and service was lovely, so will definitely go back and would recommend.
Had my first massage today here - after working very long shifts for the last couple months I feel healed! I had a Swedish full body and added back exfoliation and honestly amazing. I felt comfortable start to finish and all the trouble areas were targeted! Will definitely be back again!
