   I purchased something from eBay from them, Item wasn't needed so I sent it back. They have given me only half of my money lying that item was damage. Careful before you used them!!

   Total scam. I bought an item on Amazon from Wirral Discount Supplies LTD trading as First4Spares. They sent me a different item to what was ordered. Not only did the so-called Samsung part come in an unbranded box, it was also the wrong specification (20 Watt instead of 25 Watt). They agreed for me to return it but expected me to pay the return postage. When I asked them to pay the return postage (as it was due to their mistake that I received the wrong item) they became argumentative. Despite me sending them pictures of my order on Amazon, the delivery note they provided and the item showing that it clearly was different, they insisted that they sent me the right item and would not pay for the return.

   I rang about a heating element for a washing machine, I had the element serial numbers , person on phone rudely said I need the serial numbers off the washing machine and put the phone down . I tried ringing back but he blanked my calls. I will tell everyone to avoid his buisness terrible service

   We recently ordered a new vacuum cleaner from spares2go. The advert stated the vacuum was brand new and boxed by the manufacturer. Therefore, you would expect to receive a vacuum in its original box as if you had purchased from any high street retailer. In fact what we received was a poorly packaged plain box of spare parts. Spares2go have refused to except a return stating the goods are "not theirs" despite being provided proof and photographic evidence of the delivery notice with their name and address on it. This strange behaviour and can only assume Spares2go are maximising their profits by misleading customers in their adverts and by selling spare parts as new products. I wonder, smart scam?

   Bought a water filter for my fridge freezer from this company who operate as Spares2go via eBay. It lasted 4 days before severely leaking causing damage to my kitchen floor and blowing the fridge freezer. They refused to answer my message regarding the damage. A bit strange why they hide behind another name via eBay. Will be reporting.
