Spoke to Jeff yesterday afternoon after I had an issue with my cooker, got a brand new one half the price of curry’s, install and delivered. Will deffo use again as I’m due a new fridge freezer. Much appreciated Jeff
Popped into shop about my grill only half working on my hotpoint ultima Jeff said he could fix it in a few days when he got the part Jeff came to house with the new element fitted it Its now like a new grill Conway are a great company to deal with & a great price would 100% recommend them Thanks again conway & jeff
Bought a fridge/freezer here recently. Was skeptical as I had not heard of the brand before but it's working like a dream. As I was moving that day, Kev helped me load it into the car with no fuss. Efficient buy!
Not worthy of a star, discusting service. Got a cooker delivered and fitted which was awful 20 minutes later the cooker stopped working, they came back out stated it was the wall plug not his appliance gave my sister inlaw the money back minus £65 saying he’s lost out. Would like to know how you have ripped off a single mother which is vile. She has lost out not you. You have made £65 off her

EXCELLENT....I've required the services of this shop over a number yrs, I've had at least 4 or 5 appliances, which have all been marvelous, I found the gentleman owner & staff very helpful, very reliable & even more VERY PUNCTUAL... highly recommend
I am disguisted at the level of communication and response towards this business's loyal customers. A friend had a machine from Conwy Electrical 4 months ago and the motor packs up. Friend rang several times to sort it out and wouldn't even respond to the calls and or if they did on one occasion made promises they didn't keep. Wouldn't recommend to anyone after that. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
