Super friendly and efficient team members both in reception and in the surgery. I’ve always been fearful of the dentist until coming here. Always get loads of advice and usually a laugh too. Would highly recommend.
We have been patients for 4 years since moving to the area and have had excellent care and treatment from the team. Practice is well maintained and presented and caring staff and clinicians. We are glad we chose them to be our dentist.
I have been a patient of the practice for a number of years now. I have had a fear of the dentist since being a young child, and am pleased to say that while I wouldn't go as far as saying I enjoy the visits, I no longer suffer from sleepless nights in the week leading up to the appointment. I have been a patient of Poppleton Dental Practice for many years, Rebecca's father was my Dentist before he retired. I would be very pleased to recommend this practice to anyone. They offer an excellent service, which includes regular check ups and treatment and a comprehensive hygienist treatment. I always leave with a mouth that feels clean and fresh.
This is an excellent dental practice. I've been a patient since 1998 and my wife joined more recently. We both see Alison as our dentist and feel very fortunate to have such a skilled clinician looking after us. She is also a kind, genuine and caring person who has the ability to make a visit to the dentist a really positive experience. Katie is our hygienist and again combines fantastic clinical skills with a lovely kind and cheerful personality. In fact all the staff we meet at this practice are excellent and extremely helpful. Quality Service with a Smile at All Hours. I feel having seen a review for 1 star at this practice, I had to write my own review after a similar call for emergency work. Having had 'out of hour' emergency dental work on a weekend in the recent months, I can not fault this practice and all its staff especially in the present climate. From my initial call to the final completed work, it was faultless and caring. Pleasant and professional staff working harder and longer than ever to protect both client and staff - outstanding. A huge thank you!!
Your reply is not factual at all. I was a registered patient and you told me that you did not have a duty of care to look after me. No Sunday appointment was offered as you said that you did not think that you could get anyone to come in to open the surgery as you would not see me on your own as I had not been in before and that I had to ring on Monday morning and take pain killers until then. You did say in that conversation that you were giving priority to regular patients so it is obviously a practice policy and not a throw away comment. When I rang on Monday morning no appointment was offered and it was confirmed that priority was being given to regular patients and as I was not a regular patient then the following Monday was the first appointment for me. I was told that you did not have a duty of care to look after me even though I had confirmed that I was registered with you. So obviously you cannot be very poorly and try and avoid getting Covid with your practice. Yes you could have done a great deal more for me if you are now saying that there was an appointment that I could have had on the day that I rang rather than a week later. Which you told me that there was not. You told me to ring 111 if I wanted to get the broken tooth sorted before the following Monday. I did just that and they could not help me. I am still in a great deal of pain and so far have had 7 nights of no sleep because of all the pain.
I just wanted to leave a review to say thank you to Alison. She has been exceptional with my 5 year old daughter who needed dental work. She was so calm, patient and friendly. It means something when my daughter wants to come to my dental appointment after having injections and x-rays. Great service from all and a very friendly and helpful Receptionist Kelly. I cannot recommend these dentists enough. Thank you.
A first class practice. Rebecca and her team are really friendly and helpful. I have been with the practice for a number of years and remain very impressed with the exceptionally high standards maintained when visiting both the dentist and/or the hygienist (including the odd emergency visit). I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend this practice.
