Yasmeen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She took her time and was really attentive throughout, explaining what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. She was respectful, friendly, and genuinely professional from start to finish. I’ve never had my teeth cleaned this well, best hygienist experience I’ve had. Highly recommend Yasmeen.
My dad has dementia and has visited your practice for years. The care, patience and attention Carlos M gives him is outstanding. He interacts with him, talks directly to him and puts dad at ease.

I visited yesterday with my 2 children for the first time after changing from my old dentist and I am so happy I did. Things were picked up which havent previously been mentioned to me. All the staff were very friendly, the lovely lady on reception chatting to my son about school. Very welcoming. Very quick and on time, which you dont ever see. All round positive experience.
I recently saw the hygienist Hayley and her nurse Danni for an airflow appointment. Hayley was very friendly but also professional and explained the treatment. I am usually a nervous patient but Hayley and her lovely nurse Danni put me at ease straight away. My teeth have never felt so clean and she also managed to remove the stains from all the coffee I drink so now my teeth look much brighter too! I will definitely be back and plan to keep on top of this every 6 months. Thanks again for such a relaxing experience!
I came to this practice when my own dentist merged with some others. The dentists, dental nurses and surgery itself are of the highest calibre but, unfortunately after only a few months, I have come to a place of having to make a second complaint and both are regarding the same issue. Exceptionally rude receptionists who think that they can speak to customers in whichever manner they choose and it is letting the practice down heavily.

I followed Carlos from Pontefract to this surgery.... I've always known why but today just cemented that decision. What a super dentist and equally super guy... Thank you Carlos. mydentist is a lovely practice which is situated on the corner of Manston Lane, across the road from the Manston pub. All the people who work there are very nice, kind and considerate of patients feelings. The whole place is so clean, it always has a look about it as being a new building inside and out. The practice staff all conform to the Covid safety guidelines, and encourage their patients to do the same. The dentist I see is a lovely, patient lady, she is so gentle with everything she does she makes it a lot easier for me to go to the Dentist. All her dental work is obviously done by a very experienced hand. Even injections are not so bad when they are being administered by Mariam with help and support from her dental assistant. I feel very relaxed and not at all on edge. I have nothing but praise for such a great team this also includes the helpful services of the administration team, who also make you feel welcome as soon as you step through the door. I also appreciate you sending for the ìnformation you need online a few days before instead of having to fill forms in on the day you go. Last but not least, I know this has been a long review, but why should it not be; when you all deserve it. I wish for other customers to get the right impression. See you in 6 months.
