   Amazing Service, I hadn’t booked an appointment and ran in on route to a wedding in which I was bridesmaid. I needed new Hair Extensions as last Minute mine didn’t colour match any longer and all staff were extremely helpful. Sat me down, colour matched strait away and I was on my way. Thanks so much! Will defiantly recommend this salon to people.

   Thought I would give the local hairdressers in Barnt Green a go, despite the ridiculous prices, as a treat for my birthday. I ended up spending over £120 to not only be disappointed with the finished result but also to have been a “pain” to one of the hairdressers who told me she hated speaking to customers and people in general. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism of this place especially for the price you pay. I hope manners come into style soon.

   This review is off my wife as she hasn’t got a google account:-) Michelle was amazing at helping me decide what I wanted as I came in really indecisive, she ran through various options with me and with her vast experience and endless knowledge got me to a place where I was totally happy with my decision. She totally put me at ease so I wasn’t stressing the whole time how it was going to turn out, so I actually chilled out and we were chatting away which made the whole experience a real treat!
