I am always very nervous about having my hair cut due to having it cut extremely short as a child. I have never been able to find someone who has made me feel at ease and have always avoided having my hair cut at all costs. However Peter took the time to listen to me and explain what he was doing throughout the process. He had the patience of a saint for my first appointment and have been back for my second. For the first time I was happy and comfortable from the get go knowing I had finally found someone I could trust. Thank you!

Great, welcoming salon. I brought my little boy who is on the spectrum in for a cut and they did a fantastic job with him and were very patient. Definitely going to be my son's monthly salon and perhaps even my own.

Had a wonderful full body massage today. Charlotte was really lovely, as were the other employees in the salon. Would absolutely recommend it. Very professional service and a great welcome from all. So relaxed now.
I went to Emporium for a cut & blow dry. Charlotte was amazing she restyled my hair & gave me tips how to look after my hair. An excellent job thank you Charlotte. Later in the week I booked in for a pedicure & manicure by another Charlotte who was equally amazing. She took her time over my nails instead of rushing like most of the nail bars in and around the area. Thank you Charlotte my nails have not weakened & are in good condition:)
