I came to Ellie to do my hair maintenance. I had another hair extensions work in. She told me my hair was too matted to do which is not the reason for complaint before this is used as a excuse The reason for complaint is the two rows she DID she put in wrong. Both of them. She took two rows out and didn’t do all 4 which is understood as no time to do but that’s not the complaint. The complaint is the two she did she put in wrong that they’re sticking out BADLY ( as you can see via the picture same on the other side too) . When I message about this and show them a video they offer to rectify it and was friendly. When I say I do not want to come into the salon and would want a refund they start making up excuses and saying “ This hasn’t happened before “( I paid 50 pound for this I was there 25 mins ) then they started to call me rude out of no where when I haven’t been rude. I just asked for a refund as the hair she did put in was wrong and I didn’t want to go back after that. Wasn’t comfortable. In fairness that wasn’t my fault. Seems to me they got angry because I asked for a refund and didn’t want to come in that’s when their whole attitude changed and started calling me “ rude “ 100% think they will make a excuse up for this complaint too but in fairness I have evidence of my messages. ( didn’t receive refund )
Went to Lisa Jay in recommendation from my own Hairdresser at Regis.Merry Hill. I'd lost a lot of hair due to health reasons and was very self conscious as I had lovely long thick hair. I was getting married and wanted to look my best. Lisa color matched and placed 22" inch's in several packs. Looked so good you can not tell, it is real hair anyway,not Remy.. On Honeymoon I went to the Hotel salon for a pamper. The stylist there Travelled all round the world and complimented my hair remarking how well it had been placed , she had not seen such a professional fit, as I just told her prior to wash as I had extensions, she was shocked.. I felt amazing. How I should for my wedding and still do. I will be going back shortly for the refit as I feel I couldn't trust anyone else.
lovely staff, great haircut, very reasonable rates and I was able to snag an appointment at very late notice (easier said than done around here!) they were running on time as well. will definitely be back
