Hannah did such an amazing job on my complicated hair! She really listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I could tell she put so much care into it, and the whole experience. I left feeling so happy with the results—highly recommend her!
I struggled for too many years to remember to find either a salon or a stylist that I fully trusted with my hair. Having frizzy/curly/wavy hair, no one ever really knew how to deal with it. I consistently looked like my granny! And then I found Rio, on the recommendation of someone and I haven’t looked back! In fact I go as often as I can, the team are awesome and I trust all of them to wash, cut and style it and Hannah & Katie are fab colourists. I have had all shades of red for many years but recently took advice and I’m now purple and pink…happy days. And it is a place that is filled with fun and love. So if you are in doubt just book yourselves in, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Went in to strip out RED BOX dye and I came out with an amazing balayage after one sitting. Absolute miracle and I can’t believe how lovely the service and the staff in there were, will definitely be my regular place !!!!
My daughter (almost 11)had longish wavy hair that she'd had enough of, and wanted the wolf cut. It's her 1st proper hair salon experience with Martyn and both her and I left the salon very very happy with the finishing results. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Will return again excellent service provided.
