I am incredibly grateful for the service I received today. Yesterday, I visited an NHS dentist twice and unfortunately nothing was done to help me, nor was I referred to anyone who could resolve my issue. Later that same day, another tooth broke in half, so I called 111 again but this time I chose to come to Leeds City Dental Care, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I felt looked after. The dentist was extremely helpful, caring, and professional. He addressed my tooth problem right away and even began the referral process to ensure I receive the ongoing treatment I need. His empathy and professionalism truly stood out. The clinic itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, which immediately puts you at ease. Excellent experience as always with my dentist and dental nurses. Been attending this practice for many years now always see Andrew Croston who is an excellent dentist very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dental nurses are friendly and very professional. Would recommend highly. Lovely hygienist Kerry too.
I was super duper nervous but the whole team instantly put my mind at ease! After not having been for a couple of years I thought the worst but actually it was okay and Eva explained everything that needs to be done moving forward so clearly. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a new dentist!
Had a great experience at Leeds Dental Care. The hygienist Kerry is especially fantastic, she makes your feel comfortable, i am a little nervous about going to the dentist. Shes very thorough and gentle, and always makes sure your okay before she moves on. The dentist stuart was also excellent—professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality dental care!
My first time here with my 1 year old son and it was nice. The staff were welcoming and the surroundings are lovely. Unfortunately he was very sick in the reception area but they were very quick to help us and clean up the area. Based on my first experience I would recommend this dentist. Thank you Leigh
Highly recommend Leeds City Dentalcare. The staff are all lovely, really friendly and helpful. I've been going for a few years now, I'm always happy to go have a checkup and routine cleaning. I used to be very nervous going to dentists until I started going here. I've seen most of the staff at least once and they are all very understanding and caring. Really nice environment, it's always clean and it is easy to be relaxed there. I'm thankful to the staff.
I found this practice on google and decided to give it a try due to the excellent rating/reviews it has. Upon my first visit last year I felt very happy with the dentist and hygienist consultations. They are very professional, yet friendly and willing to clarify any concerns. The receptionists are very polite and willing to provide assistance as required. This is definitely a clinic that looks out for its patients and that's why I will stick with it. 100% recommend.
I can highly recommend Leeds City Dentalcare, Bruce is brilliant, I am always more than happy with any work he does on my teeth, which is always carried out to the highest standard. I have total confidence in him. I also see the hygienist regularly and I’m always pleased with my scale and polish. I never thought I would write this, but to visit this dentist is a pleasure - as much as a visit to the dentist can ever be! The whole team - receptionist, hygienist, nurses and my dentist- give excellent service in a friendly manner.They always make sure that I fully understand the work needed and the cost.Their advice for major work was much cheaper than at my previous NHS dentist and has been successful. The practice is in a beautiful Edwardian house which is immaculately kept. Well worth a visit.
