   DUET only gets one star from me overall, and that star belongs solely to the RECEPTIONS STAFF. So, Reception is excellent! But the rest... Firstly, one of the elevators has been out of service for several months. Secondly, despite multiple notifications from management that the building windows would be cleaned, it still hasn't happened. The management team sitting in the building can sometimes be arrogant and unhelpful. Smoking sometimes occurs on our floor despite complaints, yet there seems to be no response. The coffee machine works one day, doesn't the next, and sometimes not at all. Since JLL took over this building, everything has changed, or rather, deteriorated. Please change this situation, otherwise I will report it to the ombudsman.

   Have been renting in Duet for Over a Year now been a great experience for most of it . When I moved in on January the Building had 2/3 lifts in operation it has been over a Year and it is still 2/3 lifts in operation. When lift maintenance occurs a building this size relies on one single working lift service for all apartments. So would advise getting a lower flow apartment as this issue seems it will never be fixed unless you sign a 46 month Tenancy you MIGHT get to see the 3rd lift work at your time in duet . The garden is a great feature and ideal if you work remotely and have dogs as quite a nice space inside a busy area like media city however when I moved in this area was closed for nearly 3 months due to a door issue and recently after a few light showers in the weather the area has been closed again with no notice of reopening. Quite frustrating when rent is over £1100 for a 1 bed flat. The staff is great at reception and very helpful and always polite . The management focus a lot on events in the building like Friday socials and group workshops and very little on the actual Maintenance of the building itself. Over a year and can’t order a part for a Lift? 3 months to fix a door ? The building was supposed to have all windows clean on 4 separate dates but due to error even this can’t be done ? Like I mentioned the staff are AMAZING and I’m sure under new management the building could be 10/10 .

   I lived in Duet for a year, this place has wonderful facilities and good security system. Staffs are superb friendly, helpful and professional, they always concern tenants needs. They have many different special events every week and month, eg. Friday Soical, yoga class, movie night….etc. if u wanna live in a place that widen your social circle, DUET is an excellent choice!

   I've lived here for just coming up to two years so I've seen this place warts and all. The comments on the brilliant management team are not just one offs or reserved for new tenants or people coming to view; the team are superb twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, fifty two weeks of the year. The atmosphere they create, including the unmissable "Friday Night Socials", means that everyone in the building is friendly and you get to know your neighbours. The location is great, the flats are well appointed but most of all, the spirit and the buzz that the place has developed makes it feel like home and being "part of the family" rather than just somewhere to stay.

   I had such a great experience with the Duet team, all the staff were so welcoming & friendly with me when I was searching for my new flat within Media city. The professionalism and overall environment at Duet is outstanding and the team made the process fun and exciting which is often not the case with all agency's, im delighted with the customer service and the high standard that Duet delivered 5/5*
