When I arrived and sat down, the staff member began working on my eyebrows without asking how I wanted them shaped. When I asked her to stop because I was unhappy with how she was doing them, she refused. Additionally, I noticed unhygienic practices, as the same wax stick was double-dipped after being used on my face.
Dreadful place. Dodgy. Avoid. I’ve give zero stars if I could. Prices vary each time you go in. Some staff say cash only, some don’t. Different staff each time you go. Some barely speak English (and some seem to prefer to speak to each other in front of you in another language). Last person I saw nearly ripped the skin off my face when waxing it and was generally rude and uninterested. I’m glad I didn’t choose any other treatments as don’t feel the staff are adequately trained.
Well where do I start. Just moved to area and thought try somewhere new for lashes. Worst thing I done. Soon as my lashes were done my eyes were stinging constantly watering and couldn't see through my one eye due to so much water. Had to get my lashes off due to them being painful and this is my outcome left with minimal eyelashes, burns what I think due to the glue they used and lumps on my eyes. Will never be using them again
Highly recommend, booked in for a back and neck massage ,best one iv had in ages,definitely going back as already booked next one. Lovely lady, very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Positive: Professionalism Absolutely lovely ladies who make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They listen to exactly how you want your eyebrows and lashes and they pay attention to every detail. highly recommended
I had a pedicure. All the beauty creams that were meant to be used were running out. The nail colour isn't included into the pedicure. The nail varnish selection is very poor. The quality of the nail varnish is worse than Poundland. The colour isn't dried properly, no IF lamps or not even sufficient time provided to dry the nails naturally. The colour smudged on ALL toenails. I could have done a better job myself. Never again.
My daughter had false eyelashes done here and withun 12 hours they were falling off and she looked ridiculous, as she had work next day she removed them, as it looked so awful she would of been a laughing stock. Went into complain, and the owner / women who did it said, oh that's a shame, do you want them redone....."no" no refunds. I explained that they should last longer then 12 hours, and she really didn't want to budge, eventually gave half money back. My advice don't go there, there is no way they are properly qualified, they have no customer service skills, and you get what you pay for cheap and nasty.
