   I decided to change to Mitchell Williams after I’d had my house on the market for a few months with another estate agent but had had very little interest in the property. I’m so glad I did - what a difference! We were soon up again on Rightmove and in no time had had a number of viewings. Within a few weeks, we had a potential buyer and from then all the way through to completion, the team at Mitchell Williams were fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and friendly. We had a few delays and stresses along the way but any concerns were promptly dealt with and I was always reassured by the team. I am now settling into my new home so a big Thank You to all of you - I highly recommend you!

   We decided to use Mitchell Williams as our estate agent to sell our house recently off the back of really good online reviews. I have to say they deserve those reviews- they were fantastic from start to finish! Alex was brilliant in providing a realistic valuation and then getting the sale setup on Rightmove. The team did a great job with the house viewings and their after sale care was superb. Carolyn, Max and Alfie were more than happy to chase things up for us all the way through the process- it didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble for them. They kept us calm when things got stressful with the size of our chain and lack of updates from parties further up it. We are now in our new house and can’t thank the team at Mitchell Williams enough- they really were outstanding.

   Beyond impressed with whole team at Mitchell Williams they have been fantastic from the start. Alex answered my endless questions during the valuation and gave many examples of the team’s expertise. The team handling the viewings were professional and efficient. Max managed the sale once we received offers and he excelled in customer service all the way through. I have never dealt with anyone who is so efficient, knowledgable and dependable. Our sale was a bit bumpy due to factors beyond any of our control and Max was always on hand to advise and kept things moving. Would highly recommend.
