Hired for my son's 21st party. Fabulous service. The car was spotlessly clean and Tony our driver was polite and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely recommend and use again.
this company is shit, we booked the limo for the prom in atleast 6 months advance but magically on the morning the car became undriveable. In replacement they offered us a tacky party bus with no understanding of our situation, this is shocking service with no refund and completely opposing the consumer rights act of 2015.
Booked limo months before prom and on the day they decide to tell us “ the limo is broken” and give us a party bus which is nowhere near the standard of the limo. Terrible communication with a replacement veichle not up to standard to the previous one.
Very disappointed, going to the airport was great, he turned up on time , we did book the coach with tables but we didn't get it (wasn't the end of the world) We landed in Birmingham yesterday , he phoned when we landed to ask if it was that day we wanted picking up or the next day ? We said we had landed and he said he will set off, we had to wait on the airport floor for 1 hour and 45 minutes, my son was so fed up , my mum was uncomfortable as she suffered with her legs. We were all tired and frustrated . He said sorry , but that's all we got . He couldn't of got rid of us any quicker, he put our last case on the pavement and drove off very quickly, not a word to us . We were hoping we booked someone reliable but definatly not , very disappointed.
Had deposit paid and booked 5 months before our wedding for 30 people, was let down 6 days before saying he could not take us anymore. Unbelievable.
Wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We booked well in advance back in February of this year for our WEDDING 2nd July. The coach was for our wedding guests to travel from Sheffield to Devon, a fair journey. We had’nt heard from Spire since paying the deposit and confirming our booking and with our wedding ONE week away we decided to contact them.. only to get the response they had their license took off them and would not be taking our booking!! What would have happened if we hadn’t contacted them? All of our guests would have been left waiting to be collected only for no one to turn up?! I cannot believe we were not informed of ANYTHING with ONE WEEK to go!!!! We also found out from a friend in the industry that Spire had their license took off them back in FEBRUARY! So when we made our booking he took our deposit knowing he could not take the booking?! Who knows!! Absolutely horrific service, thank God we found out when we did although we have had to rush to find another coach company in such short notice we have had just enough time.
Over the last month I have sent 3 emails, a face book message and phoned for a quote on a limo as they was recommended to me. I recieved one reply to my first email asking for details and then nothing since. When spoken to them over the phone I was told they would be in touch . But they didn't get back to me.
We ordered a party bus for a return journey to Nottingham for a hen party. The large seater party bus picked us up and we had the option to change to the limo for the return journey. Both journeys were very fun but professional. Overall, this company offers excellent value for money and I would recommend them for others. Thank you spire limos.
