   Exceptional service – truly above and beyond Brodie Turner was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She took ownership of a complicated and frustrating situation, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure progress was actually happening — something that was missing elsewhere. She was approachable, kind, professional, and incredibly proactive. Even with factors outside her control, she still found solutions and followed through. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping, not just ticking boxes. Outstanding service and a real asset to the team. Highly recommend dealing with Brodie if you get the chance.

   I used Steer through my insurance, from start to finish Steer have been exceptional! From the pick up of the car, the communication during it's time at the garage to the drop off and after service. They have been amazing. I never write reviews but I couldn't not write one for these. Both Brodie and Jess were amazing at keeping me up to date and reassured, the mechanical work that has been done is brilliant and the body and paint work is equally brilliant! The staff at Steer really made what was initially a stressful time, easy. 10/10!

   The whole team at steer was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The communication from brodie was fantastic keeping me up to date with my car. The body shop team, and all the mechanics were very thorough on fixing every aspect of my car and did a perfect job! Johan the manager ensured everything was overseen to the highest level and that I was happy with my car, he also was very reassuring as this was my first accident. I couldn’t thank the team enough!

   My car was taken to Steer, through my insurance for a slight bump. From start to finish, probably the best insurance company i have dealt with. Nice courtesy car. Was supposed to be in for 2 weeks, was completed in a week. The magic of this company was the ladies on the front of house. Pleasant, very professional and really couldn't do enough for us. Kept me informed every 2 days of progress with my car. It might be their job, but not everyone is so nice these days. So thank you Steer and a extra thankyou to the ladies. Brilliant.

   An excellent and professional car accident repair centre used by major insurance companies. Had our car repaired here, daily progress reports. Had a slight problem upon the vehicle's return, this was corrected the same day the vehicle was presented for assessment. Highly recommended.
