My wife’s favourite shop in the midlands her Nails sometimes last upto 3 weeks. The staff and kind and respectful they take there time and never rush thanks again brilliant job as always
Got my hands and toes done for my birthday and I’m in love with them, they also gave me a birthday gift card for what when I come back.
Nails are okay, not as long as I actually wanted them to be, asked for a simple design and it wasn’t done very careful, rushed even though the shop was empty. Poor customer service, not surprising almost all nail shops lack it. The nail tech was constantly talking on FaceTime whilst doing my nails - rude. Was not given a loyalty or services card. Shop is very basic looking at the end I was asked for £40 then they quickly changed their mind to £45! I don’t think I’ll return.
Really lovely nail shop, great customer service. They are all lovely but the lady who did my nails is so friendly and did them exactly how I asked. I’ll definitely be making ANDYnails my regular place :)

Highly recommend Andy Nails. Vietnamese Family owned business. Very kind and caring service. Pedicure was professional, very well priced, and the chair massage was stunning. Spent 30 minutes and my feet felt like new. They also have a cool voucher program. I really enjoyed the family environment. Their kids were playing and enjoying themselves, I am happy to support their small business.

Andy nails is a beautiful shop. It feels elegant and upscale. The staff (especially my nail tech who always goes above & beyond for me with my ideas, she CARE & take the time to make sure I’m happy with getting what I came in for)! Also very welcoming and friendly. I’ve tried a few shops in the area and this one has been the best quality in terms of services & friendliness. I highly recommend it!! You have a lifetime customer in me.
Had my nails done here twice since it opened, very professional and so friendly, would definitely recommend this salon to others, so much care taken and do such a amazing job, she is a perfectionist, will be back for more treatments
