Scamming place. My mother in law had an appointment for a trim. She has 3B type hair shoulder length. She went into the salon prior to the appointment and asked for the price of the wet cut and was told £20. I also went into the store to ask on her behalf and asked for a quote for a wet cut on curly/coily hair and was quoted £25. Their website online only states a dry cut priced at £16. She came in for her appointment, had a trim to her ears, with just water spritz from a bottle and was told “oh no this is a professional cut it’s going to be £55”… Firstly, shouldn’t it be a professional cut ANYWAY since she’s going to a professional hairdresser. Secondly, £55 for tap water spritz and a trim, no wash, no deep condition, no style and lying about prices? Taking advantage of someone who clearly doesn’t speak good English and milking money. Would not recommend. EDIT: PLEASE NOTE THE OWNER REPLIED ATTEMPTING TO SAY IM NOT A CLIENT/REAL: the owner clearly did not read properly as I said my mother in law was the client not me :). Owner is super rude and I stand by my review. Furthermore, providing the website with prices supports my point about the pricing missing. Avoid this place.

I had my hair extensions fitted on Saturday, using the groupon voucher. I could not be happier with my hair, the colour match is perfect as well as the hair quality! Amazing savings as well as I had a quote elsewhere that was over £200 more. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. I have always been afraid of salons and finally plucked up the courage to contact Diane. I can say hand on heart, I was terrified when I turned up for my initial consult. Diane put me completely at ease and talked me through all the available options. I requested a full head of hair extensions and considering I am growing out a pixie cut I was surprised this was possible. I trusted Diane to pick the colour and one week later - I feel like a princess. I would recommend her to anyone considering hair extensions. I even spoke to other customers who have had specialist work done and can honestly say Diane's standard is amazing. I feel like I have 'me' back. I am so awkward and not girly in the slightest but when I walked out that place, believe me I was tossing that hair around like an 80s rock star! Much love Diane! I will be back soon!
I have been with Diane for 2 years now. When I first came to her salon my hair was very short ( perhaps less than an inch long). I had not been having much success in growing my hair. Fast forward two years and my hair is now past my shoulders! I am very happy with the service Diane provides. I love my hair and I am a lot more confident with my hair now. She is a very talented hairdresser and an expert in her field. I highly recommend her hair services.
