   Eyebrow wax was great, but the manicure was probably the worst I’ve ever had and it was done with very cheap quality products too. The nail equipment was also not sufficiently sanitary because I ended up with a cuticle infection and spent 7 months growing out a nail that was half attached to my finger due to the infection. EDIT in response: before the gel polish was applied, my cuticles were trimmed with cuticle scissors which had not been properly sanitised, hence the cuticle infection. I am also very well aware of what acrylics are - I’ve never had them and have always only had gel paint applied which is, indeed cured under UV. Usually this lasts about 2 weeks - the gel paint that was applied in my appointment at this establishment lasted about 2 days and looked terrible, so an all round waste of money, unfortunately.

   Right, let me start off by saying I had stubborn and tough hairs under my chin. As a women, this is one of my biggest insecurities. So you can imagine me in the salon being apprehensive to show this to the lovely women who carried out my treatment. The young women made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that what I was feeling is normal. So, she did an excellent job threading the hairs and continued to provide great customer service. My chin felt so smooth afterwards. Definitely will be back, thank you!
