    Rude woman, unsure if the owner or just works there, parked on the pavement (pulled up right next to my van parked on the road). I pointed out that she may be blocking the path for pushchair or wheelchair users. Didn’t care. Told me to move my van if that’s the case. Ignorant behaviour.

    I have been with this practice for over 10 years and they have always been available and ready to help when needed until 2 weeks ago, I had a filling fall out and pain started, I called them to book an emergency appointment to which they replied the next appointment is in Jan 2022, if it’s an emergency you need to go to Scott Arms in Great Barr but this was a private dentist, I explained I was in pain and needed an appointment sooner than that and on the NHS, the receptionist replied that there was nothing they could do and it was either go private or wait till Jan 2022. I spent 4 hours calling round to find an NHS emergency appointment but couldn’t find one, allot of practices said that Purity should see you as it’s their duty of care but they wouldn’t, so I ended up paying private so please avoid this practice.
