   After speaking with J.S services on Facebook chat and telephone they told me they could diagnose and sort the issue I was having. But after an hour and half when I returned I was told what I already knew and that they couldn't sort it, but were happy to charge me £60 for the pleasure. Definitely won't be using this place again, be careful all!

   Our old Clio had a engine management light on and wouldn't start. Was about to scrap it as we'd been quoted for a new ECU from another garage who clearly didn't really know what the problem was. JS Services were able to diagnose the fault down to a few cheap components, and had it working again in hours. Very impressed and will use again. I don't give feedback that often, but these guys deserve recognition.

   Amazing place. Always tell you issue, possible solutions and when applicable, whether something is urgent, in a couple of months or keep an eye on it. Great quality work, great service and excellent value. Dreading the day when Sam finally retires, don't know where I'd take my car to be looked after properly then. If you have any doubts as to their commitment to cars (Renault in particular) just check out their motors. Have had major services, belt changes and small jobs done there for years with no dramas.

   Sam patiently explained all the issues my car was facing and offered possible solutions. The work was first rate and he described everything he found while he did the work. He was also able to explain some repair history that I would have never known about otherwise. Great job!
