What can I say absolutely professional and spotless garage .. I took my Mercedes E class after had a very bad experience with a mechanic few months ago about oil leak they could not fix and made it even worse ! after lot research I found Autotecnic took my car to them I was very pleased to see how tidy , clean and professional they are on all aspect… they cleaned all the mess from previous mechanic and oil leak fixed fir good with a high professionalism!!! I received a 10/10 service at this garage for my Audi A1 with having its clutch replaced. I knew that this was a professional workshop just by walking and seeing how clean and tidy everything was. Ross was excellent in keeping me updated with daily phone calls as the job ended up being more complicated than expected. He was also understanding with having multiple jobs combined - for example, he charged less labour for replacing the CV boots as the car was suspended in the air anyways (since it was getting its clutch replaced), so he was really helpful. I highly highly recommend Autotecnic for German car servicing and repair
Highly recommended, very professional and friendly, they answer the phone, you are always acknowledged on arrival, (some bigger garages seem to love to make you wait even when you’re the only one in the place!) , very straight forward, they explain in layman’s terms what needs doing and how much it’ll cost, workshop clean, tidy and seems very well organised. Even my husband is impressed with them and that is rare! They were crucial in my negations with Audi when my 6 year old car developed a ‘potentially catastrophic’ fault, so much so that the very expensive repair was done free of charge by Audi, quite rightly as it was a warranty issue!

Bob goes above and beyond for his customers, initially went as I failed my MOT as my headlight wasn't working properly. Bob found corrosion in my headlight and wires and told me what parts to get, and checked they were right once I got them. He recommended an electrician who deals with second-hand parts to fit and re-wire my headlight, who did an amazing job and made sure I pass my next MOT by checking over my vehicle and adjusting my headlights. I am so pleased with his welcoming and professional service, I will be back again for anything regarding my car! Massive thank you, I really appreciate your help and couldn't recommend this garage more.
Took my Audi Q5 in for a diagnostic due to a fault from the engine management light warning. I explain that I am deaf and Bob was fantastic and he explain everything in great detail I fully understood what Bob said. Took it back a week later to have it fixed after the parts arrived the lads have done a fantastic job, and they have shown me the old parts they took out from my car which I was surprised by. I will be back for service in near future.
Replaced cam belt on Audi Q3. Very impressed with the overall experience of using this company and certainly have no hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks to Bob and the team at Autotecnic for diagnosing and sorting an issue with the brakes on my 2018 Kia Sorento. Yes the vehicle is still under warranty, so - why didn't I take it to the main dealer? Well, the truth is I trust Bob (a lot) to give me the low down about my car when I think there's a fault. I've had servicing and repair work carried out on a Skoda VRS and an Audi A8 previously and been highly satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
