Disappointed.MOT passed(cheapest in Sutton).I was told it will last about 1 hour but it took two hours.Been charged 40£ extra without warning for adjusting the headlight beam bulbs. Really 40£ for this "huge job" The worst garage around. Never ever again....
This is exactly the type of service I expect from a garage, even though my fault wasn’t fixed. Thorough check, road test and diagnostics. No BS excuses, didn’t try and fob me off with a repair which wasn’t required. Open and honest and suggested another garage who specialises in diesel vans. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Fantastic garage. I was told I had a leak in my air con took it to Jan's service centre for repair they couldn't find one. They could have charged for repair and re-gas but were honest and I just paid for re-gas. Thank you lads I would recommend to anyone. Top marks
Excellent service after my timing chain wrecked my engine. Collected car, and made every effort to minimise expense, however needed many parts, all fitted and returned to me for what I consider to be a very fair price at the end of the day. Would not hesitate to recommend this garage. They are caring about the customer and do their utmost to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you very much.
Brilliant service from start to finish. My car decided to start showing oil pressure warnings week before Christmas. After ringing around a few garages and been told no chance getting it sorted till Xmas. Jan and his team stepped up and sorted the problem. They was really friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. Definitely recommend this garage.
Avoid this service! paying full service, all filters are included at the price of 255 £ ..checking the next day, I found that the gentlemen did not even try to change the fuel and pollen filters, as they are more difficult to access, but of course they confirmed that they had changed them and I paid for them they. in the conditions in which the car has been in service for a whole day
Absolutely brilliant service we have just had a new clutch fitted they went above and beyond working until late at night on it even picking my husband up at 9.30pm so he could drive it back.
Diagnosed and fixed parking brake malfunction, very fair on price as well, can't fault the lads. Brilliant customer service.
