I went in to get a colour. The young lady applied the colour and left me sitting for about 45 minutes whilst she and two others went to look for concealer. The boss was out at the time.

Disorganised. They let me book in for a date and time where nobody was there to do what I had asked for, paid for a train and taxi to get there just to be turned away and told to come back tomorrow. Otherwise lovely people and good when they end up doing your hair.

I went to the salon to get my hair crocheted into an afro and the girl at the salon didn't know how to crochet. I stayed from 11am to 5pm and the result was not pleasant at all... I have a dermal piercing and that girl kept hitting me on it and didn't even apologize... the second piercing was bad.

Very professional, pleasant, polite ladies. A clean and a very welcoming hair salon environment. I got a full frontal done with 3 bundles in half the time I have at previous salons. The install is very tight exactly how I asked for it and styled how I wanted it and I am very happy with the services received. The pricing was good as well. I recommend this salon to my beautiful ladies who would like their hair done at a reasonable price. I am a 1st time client and they made me feel very welcomed from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. They took my booking with not even 24 hours notice. I have found my perfect salon finally. Edit* I went back 2 more times and didn't get the same service as the 1st time. I am now not going back.

nprofessional Slow Rude Went out at one point and then was on the phone. Had me waiting for a good 25minutes before I sat in the seat I showed her hairstyles I wanted and she said she could do it because my hair was thick. However I have had the same hairstyles before. She was dragging out my hair it was a painful experience. All she did was blow dry a square portion of the back of my hair. I told her I would leave it as her slowness was going to make me late for an appointment and she wasn’t treating my hair with care at all. I still paid her £20 for basically nothing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. I wouldn’t please please be carful .

Please do not go to this salon . Went with my daughter to do frontal lace weave in the quality of the service very bad. I couldn't sleep for three days I was in severe pain despite taking paracetamol . I had to wake up 3 am to take hair off my head. And it is expensive. I will not go to this salon again. never!

The quality of the hair output I’d rate as 4/5 but due to the unacceptable treatment of my child my over all score is 1/5. I booked my daughter (9 years old) in for 0900 today and the staff arrived at 0915! OK slightly late!! Thereafter, it was confirmed to me that it would be 2-3 hours for hair to be braided and two people would be working on her hair. This was similar advise I was given when I booked yesterday (as a walk in). They advised I could Pop out rather than wait, which I did. I returned at 11am and braiding what underway. The lady advised she’d call me once she’s ready, expecting this to be 1200 (ish). No call! At 1230 I returned to the shop and my 9 year old was left sitting in the corner with no progress since I left earlier with approx 25% of her hair completed. The staff were working on everyone else (adults) leaving my child unattended. I was shocked as my daughter was first in this morning and appalled that she was just left which I expressed my concern. The shop quickly allocated staff (3 off to her) and advised I’d have to wait a further hour. The team quickly turned around her hair to completion with focus and eventually finishing after 5 hours in total. Meanwhile all other clients were finished - despite my daughter been first in. We’re here visiting family and our stay was short, totally ruined by this team who neglected my daughter and priorities adults over her. I was left feeling as we’re not local that the regular clients were pushed ahead of my 9 year old. The lack of clear time management, lack of communications left everyone very upset for our short stay. My advise is don’t leave your child here, As adults are prioritised. This whole experience ruined our day and ruined spending precious time With elderly relative who we see far to little due to this teams inability to Manage their priorities and time. The quality of the end result was great but the whole experience was unacceptable and upsetting. This team lack leadership and guidance and I suggest if you do go you remain there to ensure focus especially where a child is involved.
