This place is the best hairdressers I’ve ever had. I moved to Stourbridge in 2015. I’ve lived in Manchester, Wolverhampton & Telford since and I will always travel back. Steph is great, easy going & always so helpful. It’s always a laid back atmosphere. Lou & Liv are also so welcoming & friendly. Highly recommended!
Amazing hairdressers been going for years always happy with service best hairdressers anywhere. The last review which gave a 1 star is obviously the wrong salon as V.I.Ps are an all female establishment. I suggest the person who left review gets there facts right and names the correct place before leaving bad feedback as it has unfair consequences and is very unfair
Steph has been doing my hair for years and is amazing. Sometimes I don’t even know what I want and she comes up with great ideas every time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is super inviting thanks to Lou, Liv and Steph and the window is always decorated with a lovely theme.
I had an appointment with this stylist last week, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. When I arrived at the salon, the stylist wasn’t even there, and I had to ask his partner several times to call him so he could come in. He finally arrived about 20 minutes late. I showed him a picture of the style I wanted and was very clear about the length I wanted. While he was cutting my hair, I even reminded him that it was short enough and that I was happy with the current length. But instead of listening, he said, “You don’t know, I’m the stylist here,” and continued to cut my hair even shorter. The result was poorly done, especially at the back, where the cut was very uneven and looks extremely thin. The stylist also talked so much during the cut that he seemed distracted and unfocused, which affected the quality of his work. On top of that, he charged me £50 for the cut, which I feel is quite expensive given the poor results. Worse yet, because my hair was cut so short, it’s impossible to get it fixed right now. I’m stuck with this poorly done cut and will have to wait a few months for it to grow back a bit before I can go somewhere else to have it corrected. I’m really unhappy with the outcome, and I wouldn’t recommend this stylist to anyone. I also won’t be returning.

Love this hair salon! It's the only place I go now, super friendly staff, and amazing at colours! Ask and you shall receive! Have been a constant returner for over a year now.
Yesterday was my first visit to VIP's and I was very pleased with the service I received. As has been the case for all of us since lock-down began, I've not been able to have my hair cut since December last year so my hair was quite a mess; Louise did a wonderful job in getting it back to normal. I would definitely recommend this business.
