    Shoddy Work, Zero Accountability – Avoid at All Costs! I took my Audi A4 to DMT Motors for a clutch replacement(supplied by me, from Germany, Brand - Sachs, the shop owner agreed that it is a very good brand and had no problem fitting one) and two CV boot replacements(supplied by the Garage itself), and the job they did was nothing short of disastrous. Not only did they perform subpar work, but they also refused to take any responsibility when their mistakes became obvious. After paying the sum for labour, I immediately noticed the car wasn't driving straight (went to QuickFit twice for wheel alignment, still not going straight) as they had to remove the bottom control arms to access the gearbox. During the process, one of the ball joint rubbers was damaged, also the clutch pedal was squeaking—clear signs of improper installation, but the owner of the shop made a joke about it and said that it is ok, I just need to turn the music louder and i will not hear the squeak. Worse, the CV boots(that they told me was OEM part and i had to pay £50 for each that they supplied come of on both sides the very next day spreding the greas all over the place, then I got them to fit them right, but surly they not the right part as when in full lock they make strange squecking nose, they not take any responsibility for that and blaming CV joints, saying that they are wrong size. Absolutely ridiculous. How convenient! DMT Motors lacks both skill and integrity. They cut corners, and then gaslight customers when their shoddy work fails. Save yourself the headache—go to a real mechanic who stands behind their work. Never again! This review highlights their incompetence and refusal to take responsibility while warning others.

    Booked a service in for 9am they said it’ll take 30 minutes we waited for them to start on the car they didn’t start so we I asked and he was like leave the keys and come back in an hour it’ll be done and we’ve left the keys and come back at 11:10 so that’s over an hour for him to start on it and the car was still where we parked it then he said he’ll start on it in 10-20 minutes then I’ve asked him at 11:50 how long he then said whenever he’s done with the other car with attitude I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone
