Today I went for a scale and polish treatment, my teeth have never looked better! A huge thank you to Millie and Marie - they made me feel very comfortable, did an amazing job on my teeth and explained what was going on to me☺️ The receptionists are also always so friendly and helpful too☺️ Massive credit to High Ash Dental!
It had been 10 years since my last visit to the dentist, so I was quite nervous about my appointment. However, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and bubbly woman named Marey, who made me feel comfortable right away in the waiting area. I didn’t have to wait long at all, everything was quick and professional! My appointment with Marey and Dr. Qayyum was absolutely fantastic. They were both amazing and made the whole experience so easy. If you’re both reading this.. thank you so much for your excellent service!
Aisha and Jen are absolutely fantastic. The work completed and the kind professional manner. Particularly with the children, they took their time, explained and gave my extremely nervous daughter zero pressure, which gave her all the confidence. Amazing! Thank you! Will always come back to you!!!!
the team at this clinic are outstanding - reasonable prices, friendly and competent staff. my practitioner made me feel more than comfortable and jen, neema and barbara at reception were absolute stars. highly recommend!
Awfully rude receptionist and appalling customer service. I tried to register my son at this dentist. I was informed they were taking new patients however would only take on children if the parents were also at the practice due to the minimal cost children provide to the practice. This practice offers NHS treatment which is available to all, it is completely inappropriate for them to “cherry pick” which individuals they will or will not treat. Also incredibly short-sighted as my husband and I may then register at a later date if we were satisfied with the service. I was then further questioned by the Receptionist as to why I was not sending my son to the dental practice that my husband and I go to (they do not offer NHS treatment). Completely unprofessional!
