Unable to diagnose faults, felt like they threw mud at the wall multiples times to see what stuck - and charged for it.
Month of April I was working in the Sheffield site covering from Leeds all week. First day of being in Sheffield, by oil light came on and my car just started to make a rattling noise. Thought maybe it was just an oil filter change needed. Nope! Timing belt went! The lady in the car park of Northern general who wasn’t a local either said when she had car issues, she brought her car to MB services and said the service was amazing, and she was right. They sorted my car and I had it back on the 7th day. Even when getting a taxi to go pick my car up, the taxi driver even praised the services from MB. Thanks again.
Took my car to have its dpf cleaned. The car threw some fault codes afterwards. They sorted the problems quickly. Communication was really good, kept me informed of what they'd done what they were planning to do to fix it. All sorted, good price and quickly as well. Highly recommended.
Took our Renault Koleos in after trying several garages and others saying they wouldn’t touch it. These guys agreed to take a look, clearly identified the problems we took it there for (split flexi exhaust, and problem with anti pollution sensor) and rectified them both quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. We wouldn’t hesitate to take it back or use these guys on any car in future.
Highly recommend this place, after many disappointing experiences from other dealerships and local mechanics, this place is definitely the best for great service, wide knowledge on different vehicles, honesty, and price. Me and my husband have been taking our cars here for over 2 years now and are extremely happy with Chris and Andys service. These guys have huge experience and take their time to explain things, which I really like and appreciate. Family run buisness for many years now, watched the boys grow up to be competent mechanics like their dad as well as being very polite and professional young men.chris has worked there for at least 20 years and knows his stuff..no corners cut with these guys..safety first in every aspect. Price wise.. very reasonable for a job always well done.
Great no-nonsense mechanics who are pleasant to deal with. I recently had some major work done which other garages had failed to diagnose. They quickly fixed it and got it through an MOT with no fuss whatsoever, at a very reasonable price. My car hasn't felt this smooth in 100,000 miles, and it had even been washed when I got it back. I'll definitely be using them again as long as I live in the area.
I use MB for 3 of our work vans, always had really good service and prices, the guys there can have a laugh too, they will take time to explain what needs doing and why. Had a couple of issues where vehicles have needed to go back but always sorted quickly and easily, they really are a good bunch to trust, and generally I don't trust garages, I do all the work on my own car myself.
