First time using these guys after both headlights went out on our family car, and they were fantastic! Managed to squeeze us in the very next day, even with the run-up to Christmas. Fantastic service. I called expecting to be seen After Christmas, but they managed to get me in straight away. Emma was lovely on the phone Stuart kept me updated the whole time with videos and Brad had done work on a few fiats recently with the same problem so they had an idea of what it was. Being Someone Who Is Meticulous About My Car, Stuart Even Went To Great Lengths Putting A Seat Cover & Car Mats Down In My Car - Incredible Customer Service! Excellent service from start to finish. Initially dealt with a lady who answered call. She was very helpful and provided me with options for my query and booked me in for the following morning. Stuart did the testing our car and he was back in touch within an hour of dropping the vehicle off. We were presented with the results of the test and available solutions. He offered the option of having a sensor replaced by them but suggested I had a conversation with the main dealer to push them to provide a solution for free with it only just being out of warranty and lo and behold the call worked. Thank you so much for the excellent service and support and even the advice you gave even though it took the work away from you. I can't recommend SD Autos highly enough. A☆ service
I had a problem with the auto locking on my Venga to the extent it was locking me out. Stewart sorted it. It was difficult to diagnose but Stuart eliminated a couple of probable answers before finally allowing me back in the car.He was patient with my questions about the problem and explaining the process to me. Always a worry how much these repairs cost but feel that the repair was a fair price for the job done. Wouldn't hesitate using again or recommending SD Auto Electrical Thanks

The electrical fault was diagnosed quickly and repaired within the hour at a reasonable charge. The added bonus of tea & coffee facilities in reception were a nice touch. Would highly recommend.
Had an issue with my car and I had no idea what was causing it. Called up S D auto and got booked in quickly. They went through everything and explained to me in detail about the issues I had. They sorted out the problem quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this garage, as they were very helpful and friendly!
I cannot recommend Stuart and his team enough. I had a couple of electrical faults crop up on the car which left me scratching my head. One of the faults being my washer fluid not coming out for the front windscreen. Because of that fault I couldn't get my car in for an MOT which in turn caused my MOT to expire. I took the car to Stuart who not only diagnosed and repaired my faults, but also took my car in for an MOT while it was with him! Throughout the process I was kept informed as to what was happening and I feel I was also charged a very fair price. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend you use them.
Took my 2018 Ford Kuga to here when it was having an unexplained battery drain. Was kept informed at every stage and when it became apparent that the fault could not be easily fixed without spending lots of cash and time, their charges for the work carried out was more than reasonable. I decided to trade the car in for another model but would not hesitate to contact them again should the new car develop a problem (it had better not!).
