1. Not bad For a dad ★☆☆☆☆

   Recommended as an LV repair centre, so expected good things. How wrong i was. Not happy at all. Rude staff, failed to line the tailgate up properly (missed it totally), and said it never happened in the accident when i questioned it. The car was immaculate and 18 months old how did it move then? car reversed into us from right, tailgate moved left, not rocket science. Back 3 times to sort it, I still could see the difference. Said we never reported it as part of the repair, right at the start that's why they didn't do it. I thought they were supposed to asses the damage done, experts????? The guy who gave us the keys after the 3rd attempt said "it's as good as you're going to get" ......nice, what happened to like it never happened. Missed a clip, rear arch was loose, noticed when I took back to Ford to trade in as end of PCP deal, luckily they said they would sort it. Also Ford clicked a panel back as it was sitting out a bit 2mm. Totally took the shine off a new car we really looked after. Would never use again, what an absolute nightmare!!

   I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Do not use this company. My daughters car came back and the right indicator wasn’t working so therefore not safe to drive. She didn’t sign the car off to say she was happy with it but after the dropped it off they just ignored her and didn’t even respond so left her with the expense. This is the most awful company i have ever felt with and shouldn’t be in business.

   Shocking workmanship and customer service. Work carried out in 2019. Paint work faded , badges on car coming off and plastic caps missing off repaired boot. Do not use rothermam gemini car repair. Life time guarantee doesn't mean nothing! Avoid at all costs. If your insurance says their approved accident repair centre is gemini. Refuse to use them and ask them for an alternative repair centre.

   Absolutely shockingly poor after service. The paint respray lasted about a month before it started to flake off. When I complained they could not have cared less to the point of being rude. Would never use or recommend this firm.
