   This is a review for Neil, from Mary. (Using my daughter’s account as mine is not working!) Just writing this review to say that I can highly recommend Neil. He is an outstanding hairstylist and a lovely person as well. He takes great pride in his work and pays great attention to detail - this means you can relax and have no worries about your hair not looking nice! Lovely team at a lovely hair salon - really recommend.

   Went into the salon to book an appointment with Neil he was sat there on the laptop and booked me in didn’t even look up from the laptop bit rude so I didn’t go back Always tipped really well You should treat your customers better they are your bread and butter

   Lovely hair salon. Hairstylist Emma excellent knows her stuff. Offer of drinks and magazines. Parking relatively easy in same street. Only one thing let this salon down, I had a quote for my hair colours but when I came to pay was alot more, £50 more. I have since found out that at least four other people have said the same. Shame because I ca t fault there work!!!!

   I was in a desperate state, my colour had grown out so much and I needed fixing before a job interview. Luckily I managed to book Neil and he did a wonderful job, I’ve waited till I’ve washed and blowed it a couple of times to be able to assess the cut and it’s really very good. My hair dry was the best I’ve ever had and Neil was a great conversationalist, very smart and funny. The salon itself has a soft feminine feeling and I felt very relaxed and revitalised when I walked out feeling a million times better than I did walking in. I still don’t know the outcome of the job interview, but I know my hair didn’t let me down. Thanks x

   So. Our daughter decided she wanted to go from long hair to a short cut at the neck. At 10yrs old, Neil took her in, talked through her choices and delivered exactly what she wished for. What an amazing service from @lisashepherdhair and 5* to Neil. Thank you so much, our daughter is absolutely chuffed!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

   Wow. Well Neil did it yet again. Looks like he’s just snipping as he talks and makes me laugh but… I have come away with a a cut that I love. It shows the skill involved as he makes it look effortless. I have been regularly over past few years and never been disappointed. Neither have the rest of my family with anyone in the salon. Honest opinions and advice along with excellent service and results for all my family. Thanks Neil.
