    Extremely rude . Went in to ask about a price list but the customer service was so poor . The lady kept telling me to refer to Facebook and spoke to me in a very rude manner as though it was the norm to have social media and look on there . She didn’t seem interested in having new customers. I saw a polite women go in who she was also racist to and shunned away saying to go on FB and was unwilling to give any information on the services they offer

    This is the most professional and caring beauty salon in Kidderminster , But the poor reviews are not genuine and were posted by their competition trying to discredit them . Very annoying and unfair , but the fact that they have survived and flourished for the past 35 years - proves just how excellent they are. Well done ‘Natures Way’
