   My mum and dad have been taking there car here for 14 years but will not be doing again. They have always been charged £120 for a service this year however they charged her £190. When my mum asked why the price has gone up, he said he has put “premium” oil in. No proof of this and trying to fob my mum off and take advantage of the elderly. He was rude and unhelpful to her. Darren was his name. Stay well clear. Cowboys!!!!

   EXCELLENT SERVICE!! My elderly mother had to have her car towed to a garage, so contacted them and they were very acommodating and helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

   Bad communication skills ,had a quote for all the work of £270 ,then had a phone call stating needed bit more work had my car for 8 days whent to collect my car and said £500 and even tried charging me twice for the MOT ,I'm done with garages especially this one ,

   Top garage reasonably priced. They managed to replace the rear crankshaft seal and font shock absorbers protection boot on a vauxhall astra k 1.6 cdti in one day dropped it off in the morning picked it up before closing time. Taking in consideration is a gearbox out job I am very pleased. And they did all the documentation for my warranty company . Definitely will go back if I need anything else doing on my car in the future

   I booked a motorbike MOT online for 2.00pm today and received a confirmation email of the booking shortly after. Having turned up at 2pm, I was served by a young-ish looking lad I've not seen there before. He told me they haven't got any appointments showing in their system for the bike and that the motorbike tester was not in today so they couldn't test the bike. His customer service was rather poor...didn't offer another appointment or alternative for me. I must say I'm extremely disappointed by this as I've used Dronfield Autocare's services a number of times for both my car and bike in the past and they've been absolutely spot on until now. This has been one big inconvenience for me as I've taken a half day off work to get this MOT done. Unfortunately, they have now lost what otherwise would have been a lifelong customer in me for my cars and bikes.

   I've been using these guys for about the last 6 years and they are great.Last week my battery died on my Ford Kuga which is a stop start engine just as we was going to set off to take daughter for a blood test at Northern General. I rang the Autocare up and someone came up to our house got the car started took it to the garage and in 90 mins ordered a new battery and fitted it and drove the car back to our house and we was on our way unbelievable service,will always recommend Dronfield Aoutocare.
