Have used The Garage Sheffield for many years. They have always done a great job with servicing, MOTs and also additional repairs when required. Just had a service and MOT done and had the same excellent service with good communication for drop off and collection. Highly recommended.

Booked my car in for a timing chain replacement, it was left for over a week while on holiday giving plenty of time for the work to be completed, The garage was aware a week before this of the type of repair my vehicle required. On my return i contacted the garage to be told they hadn't carried out any work on my car as they did not have the correct tool to do the job. I rely on my vehicle for work and was left to find another garage for the repair which has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this garage as i feel my time has been wasted.
Incredibly poor service by these guys. I called to book in a "straightforward" repair and was misquoted by several hundred pounds. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. On arriving back at the garage my key was left out in the open before I had arrived and literally anyone could have left with my car. Incompetent and rude staff.
Great service. Had a massive oil leak from my car so brought it in yesterday and had it back this afternoon. As a young lass that’s had bad experiences with garages before, I’m super pleased and all the staff were lovely
As a young female that doesnt know anything about cars I cannot stress what a relief it is to have finally found a genuinely honest, friendly and knowledgeable team at the garage. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now I feel confident and comfortable in their hands. Always a top service from Craig and the team.
Used The Garage for 5 years for both my A3 and Golf Gti. Had both serviced and MOT. Had wiring problem sorted. Recently had turbo fitted on A3. Always pleased with work they’ve completed all in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend them
I have a 18 year old TT which I love and can't seem to part with. I called The Garage Sheffield and took my car as no other garage could get the parts needed. The lads were fantastically knowledgeable and did what other garages couldn't and fixed my beloved car having parts refurbished and spending time to source others. The price was fair and to be honest I thought that it would have cost more. The receptionist is lovely and friendly so I had an all round good experience using The Garage Sheffield and will definitely return. Keep up the great work as it's nice to find a garage that seems to care.
