Very professional and helpful sorting my car out. Very happy with the repair and my car was valeted for me to collect when ready.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Everything was organised by Claim Administrator Mandy, who advised us and arranged the pick up of my crash damaged car up and the dropping off courtesy car. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient with everything. I was kept updated on the progress throughout, both on the app and via email. Someone even dropped my car off when we were unable to collect ourselves. Car arrived back in mint condition. The technicians work is of the highest standard. It looks brand new, and they have even valeted inside for me as a courtesy. Genuinely I would not go anywhere else if need to. Thank you so much :)
The job took longer than I thought bit I was given a car to use. The staff were polite, efficient and cleaned my car, which was ready to collect on arrival after the job completed. Good communication by email and phone whist the repair was being carried out

Insurance repair following car park bump. Simple to book in, I was in the area & able to drop car off, collect courtesy car. Friendly reception (Jane deserves a shoutout), great comms throughout, very reasonable repair time, car delivered back to my home address by friendly driver - car looks as good as when I bought it. Thanks to everyone at the Europa Crash centre. Was so glad to get it back. Amazing repair and great colour match. Just wish the insurance company were as good.
• Supportive and understanding when you call for an update. Don't feel embarrassed about how it happened there's no need to worry, rest assured they've seen and fixed worse. After seeing some 'before and after' Facebook photos, ones where there's a 1/3 of the vehicle missing, I knew my car was in good hands. • Excellent paintwork and body work, honestly I'm relieved that I can forget how bad it looked before. • Quality control and customer satisfaction. An unfortunate parts shortage delayed repairs. The car sat a couple of months, the battery died and a steering sensor fault came up. Europa contacted me straight away, assured me that they would be by fixed, and ran thorough checks before approving it. At the time, the waiting list for courtesy cars was pretty long, so my only recommendation is make sure you have back-up transport just in case. A huge thanks to the staff of Europa for making my Peugeot look pristine again.
My car had some deep gouges on the rear wing and door. It looks like it never happened now. They even washed, vacced and polished the whole car. in Monday picked it up Thursday. They did a fantastic job. Car looks like new. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Just had my cars bodywork repaired by these guys. They have done a brilliant job and I'm very pleased with the results. Car was also cleaned inside and out on collection. The lady's on reception were amazing and never tired of my phone calls to see how my car was getting on. 10 out of 10. Thankyou
