I found Pete at PLM Auto Centre great, my tracking and front suspension was a right state due to another garages incompetence. Pete investigated and diagnosed the problem, and then fixed the issue and sorted my tracking and for a very reasonable price. Everything was communicated thoroughly to me and very organised and reliable. I would highly recommend this garage based on my experience.

If something needs doing they will tell you, if it doesn't they won't try and scam you and tell you it does. Well priced and efficient work. Proper little garage.
Rude, hostile and aggressive. With their comments here, you can also add dishonest to the rap sheet. Steer clear! I wouldn't trust these liars within a mile of my car. Full detail below if you want to read it, but in short they are clearly liars, incapable of accepting any feedback other than positive feedback. Ask yourself this, would you trust these people to rectify a mistake they made working on your car? No, they would just deny all responsibility and lie about it. Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional firm. I won't be replying to any more of their lies but I will add a screenshot of their current response in case they delete it to try to hide the evidence. Their nonsensical and wholly false reply is utter rubbish that doesn't even make sense, and suggests they have absolutely no idea who I am and are just making stuff up to discredit any negative reviews. They were absolutely rude, hostile, and extremely aggressive. In their first reply they alleged I was doing something that was "against company policy" (but they didn't say what) and now, in their updated second reply, they're saying I was doing something against DVSA regulations, which is laughably false and also not something they said at the time at all! I challenge them to describe the event that actually happened - if they describe it accurately they will make themselves look like fools, so they are instead lying and making things up. Potential customers take note: these people are liars, they cannot be trusted. They are aggressive, and if you have any complaints they will make up false accusations about you to try to avoid accountability by discrediting you. Edited to add that they've updated their response again with MORE false claims and lies. When you're in a hole, stop digging! If you look at their replies to other reviews you can see they just lie in every case. Look at the reply to a review from someone with the username Northern Lights. The owners say they have no record of them visiting. What did they do, search their records for someone called Northern Lights? Come on, this is ridiculous.
Used plm for over 30 years just brilliant
Great service from PLM at very short notice to get a wheel alignment done. Managed to squeeze me in. Honest over the phone about problems that might be encountered with rusted and seized bolts. The problems were encountered on one side, but the alignment was done as best they could, and is much better than before. Advised remedial work that needed doing to rectify the problem. Good value for money given the circumstances.
Fantastic service; very efficient and effective mot and at a very reasonable price. He even warmed and de-iced my car for me before I picked it up! Would recommend and will be returning!
