I usually receive a haircut I’m happy with except the last time I went (just before my holiday) I must’ve had an apprentice cut my hair because when I got home I realised they couldn’t blend like I asked, instead it looked like a bowl has been put on my head. I then had to pay someone else to fix it. For future, ensure apprentices get a senior member to check before letting customers go.
