   Had cosmetic work done with them once a year ago. Now I'm receiving text messages asking me to book a check up... I have check ups with my own dentist so I ignore them. Suddenly received a message saying they have booked me an appointment! I've made no appointment with them. I wont be wasting my time calling them to cancel either. They shouldn't be doing this.

   I have done my braces with sundeep who was great but my I had teeth boning with Dr Ibah Ibrahim worst experience ever my I waste my money my time over I look horrible. He doesn't even say sorry The only thing he is there is to charge you extra money out of anything. My boning looks weird the colour the shape doesn't much.

   City Dental booked an appointment for me without my request or consent and stated I would be charged if I did not attend. I had not been a patient for around two years and did not ask for any appointment. I explicitly requested that the appointment be cancelled, yet it was not cancelled at the time of writing. Using a former patient’s personal details to create appointments without agreement, and then threatening fees, is unacceptable. Avoid this place!!

   A very quick and painless extraction of my wisdom tooth today. Hassan Moghul did a marvellous job. It made such a difference that he phoned me beforehand and then explained what was happening as we went along. He is confident in his skills and interested to listen to my needs. He is positive and enthusiastic. He relates very well. It really helps me to trust him which is such an important part if dentistry.

   I can say City Dental is most definitely the best dental clinic I have been too and the staff are amazing. Dr Gakhal had applied my braces and he had also recently removed my braces . I absolutely love how my teeth have turned out, i am extremely happy with the end results. From my experience, I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

   I recently finished my treatment at City Dental, having had fixed braces for 17 months followed by teeth whitening. I received great care and I’m incredibly happy with the results. I saw both Shaf and Sunny for my treatment, both of whom were very friendly and professional. The team were also very accommodating with my appointments, as I moved to Scotland part way through my treatment, always making sure I could have appointments when needed and been very flexible and helpful. Thank you so much.

   The experience from start to finish at City Dental has truly been top tier! I have had both Invisalign, over a period of two years, and a series of composite bonding completed at the practice and I couldn't be happier with the results. All the staff are extremely friendly and work to help you understand and achieve your goals whilst factoring in your budget. I have no problem recommending City Dental and will no doubt be returning in the future.

   The most amazing team! I have just finished my invisalign treatment after 8 months, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. My teeth look amazing and the process has been so easy, smooth and exciting due to Dr Sunny and the team. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.    City Dental Leeds is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been to! They have the most friendly, professional and informative staff, couldn't fault them at all in my 16 months journey. Dr Shaf is very attentive, helpful, friendly and I absolutely love how clearly he explained to me every step of my treatment. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen! I am actually sad that my teeth straightening journey is coming to an end. The whole process was enjoyable and I am very very happy with the result! Couldn't thank you all enough!
